Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 24hrs before the class/session start time for a 100% refund. Cancel less than 24hrs, but more than 12hrs before the class/session start time for a 50% refund. Cancel less than 12hrs, but more than 4hrs before the class/session for 100% credit towards future training. Cancel less than 4hrs before the class/session start time; no refund and no credit.
